Premium Collision Center offers full concierge services. We make your vehicle repair flow smoothly and conveniently. We can make arrangements to have your vehicle towed, we will handle all insurance company communications, and we will take you where ever you need to go with a shuttle or rental car. We specialize in making an otherwise stressful situation peaceful. You can let us take care of all of the accident and body shop details, so you can continue to move forward with your life.
concierge services provide customers with options such as: inspection set up and deductible follow up, rental setups, complimentary vehicle pickup and drop-off options. Updates are available to customers through text, phone call or e-mail updates. We have a 24 hour customer service line with a direct link to GM.
Getting Transportation
If you would like to use a rental car, we will
call Hertz or Enterprise Rental Car. A driver
will pick you up here and we will take care of
your rental car details. If you only need a
ride, we can get to where you would like to be
with our shuttle. We will even pick you up
when the vehicle is completed, or we can have
the vehicle brought to you. If you ask, we can
deliver a concierge of services. We specialize
in providing our customers with 100%
satisfaction, courtesy and care.
We work together with Enterprise, and we can
provide a rental car delivery to your home or
workplace. Ask about complimentary loaner car
options. Vehicle pickup is available on a
flatbed truck with weekends and after hours
available by appointment.
Warranty Info
The standard vehicle manufacturer warranty basic coverage is 36,000 miles or three years. A few vehicle manufacturers stand out and go beyond common basic coverage.
- Hyundai — Five years or 60,000 miles
- Mitsubishi — Five years or 60,000 miles
- Volvo –– Four years or 50,000 miles
- Infiniti — Four years or 60,000 miles
We offer additional quality coverage that last
a lifetime. Our lifetime warranty will cover
all of our workmanship including the unibody,
body and the refinishing work. The warranty
will remain valid for as long as you own the
vehicle. It will be honored when you present
your Networked Warranty. Premium Collision
stands behind their work!
You treat your car with respect, and we make
sure to show the same respect to your vehicle
by delivering quality service. We’re
happy to back that up with a warranty to show
you that we care. We will correct or repair
any and all defects attributable to faulty or
defective workmanship (covered in the repair
invoice). The only exception will be in the
event that the damage occurred as been the
result of improper maintenance, unreasonable
use or improper care.
We provide a guarantee on:
- Primer adhesion failure
- Blistering or peeling
- Wrinkling
- Loss of luster and shine
Please note that corrosion, chips and road
damage will not be covered by this
warranty.
